Vehicle Type
Select auto, light truck or motorcycle from the drop down list. Please note: most vans and sport utility vehicles (SUV's) will be listed as light trucks.

Vehicle Year
Enter the model year of the vehicle being purchased or registered. Please use four digits for the year: 1999 not 99.

Vehicle Make
Select the make (Ford, Toyota, BMW, etc.) from the drop down menu. Use the scroll bar to find it on the list.

Purchase/ Registration Date
Enter the date of purchase, as shown as the assignment date on the back of the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) or the title or today's date (for new Kansas residents).

Owner's Last Initial
Enter the first letter of the last name that will appear first on the title. For example: Doe, John. If this is a leased vehicle, enter the first letter of the name of the leasing company.
